the area of Human Resources and recruitment. For example, it will aim to
advise senior management in organizations on items such
as its Human Resources Strategy, employment policies,
and industrial disputes, making redundancies.
We will sell ourselves via networking, direct marketing
such as emails and letters, through our website, through
conference speaking and some small advertising.
Our advantage over the competition will be speed of
response. The ability to parachute a team of experts
into an organization to work alongside their management
to transform the organization.
The people who will buy are; Senior Managers, Chief
Executives, Chairman, HR Directors, Managing Directors.
We will also be looking to sell into Company Advisors as
and when companies float on the AIM and need to
transform their businesses to get ready for the
flotation, we will provide the expertise for them to do
