Where are
you based?
We are based in London, UK.
Can we come
and visit your office to discuss projects?
Our business model, which is entirely based online, allows us
to offer quality logo design and other design services at a
much lower cost because we do not have the over heads of
maintaining swanky offices in popular locations to be able to
meet customers face to face. Therefore all transaction are
online and you can communicate with your designer via phone at
any time. If you do want to be able to sit down and talk to
your designer then we have a daily rate that we offer
customers.
What are the
turn around times?
For basic package the turn around for the initial concepts is
4 business days. For the professional package it is 3 business
days.
For revisions, basic package - 4 business for each revision
round, professional package - 2 business days for each revision
round.
How do I see the
concepts and revisions and how do I tell my designer what
changes I want?
The
concepts and revisions are posted on the "studio floor", a
section of our website where clients can log in and review the
designs at any time. They can then post their comments, change
requests etc on the studio floor or call the designer directly
to discuss the project.
What if I am
not happy with the initial concepts?
You have 2 options. You can either request for an additional
round of concepts or a change of designer (in which case you
will waive the refund policy) or you can ask for your money
back in which case we will refund 100% of the project amount
for logo design projects (Read More).
The package
are so cheap. Does that mean you will use cookie cutter
designs, reuse previous design or use clip art?
We have a strong company policy against reusing design or clip
art. We guarantee unique art work all the time and our logo
designs stand up to trade marking.
Why are your
services so cheap then?
With many years of experience in logo design, we have
streamlined the creative process and have very strong project
management processes in place. This coupled with our online
business model give us the opportunity to offer our services
at such low rates while maintaining high quality and still
continue to be in business.
How does the
payment work?
We require full payment upfront. We accept all kinds of credit
and debit cards. Our payment processor is 2Checkout which is
world renowned for its safety and security. We also accept
payment via checks and PAYPAL.
Can I talk to
designers directly?
Unlike a lot of other logo designers online we give complete
access to our designers at any time during
the project life cycle via direct phone lines.
What kind
final files would you provide?
We provide vector final files (EPS and AI) which can be edited
by any vector editing software. These are the files that most
printers, sign-makers etc use. These can not be edited by the
client unless they have vector editing software. For the
client's use we provide web formats (GIF, JPG, TIF, PSD, PDF,
and SVG). These files can be used on websites, word documents,
invoices, faxes etc.
How do you
deliver the final files?
The final files can be downloaded from the client section of
our website. We store these files for an year in case you lose
or damage the original files.
